As black HR professionals, the journey is no different. There are some days we're ecstatic for our wins and there are some days we feel powerless to change the injustices we see happening in front of our eyes. Whether you are just starting your career in HR or are a seasoned pro, we want to honor you by giving you this time and space to take a breath from fighting the good fight and heal with one another.
